Club ONLY BENEFITS
As a member of Club ONLY, you can earn points when you shop online at ONLY.com and via our app. Employees and other persons associated with BESTSELLER are excluded from earning points and other club benefits.
POINTS:
You earn 10 points per 1£ you spend, and points are valid for 12 months. For every 1000 points you earn, you will receive one 3£ bonus voucher. Please note that you will not earn points on purchases of gift cards. Points earned on a purchase will be deducted if you return the item. At any time, you may view your point balance by visiting your member account. To collect points, you must be logged into your account.
The points you earn are personal and cannot be transferred to another person or member. If case of suspicion of fraud or misuse, we may suspend or cancel your membership.
BONUS VOUCHERS:
Bonus vouchers will be issued 30 days after you have reached the point limit of 1000 points. The voucher will be available in your member account and can be used online at ONLY.com and in our app. Bonus vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The bonus vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy gift cards and your will not get your voucher back if you return an item purchased (partly) with a bonus voucher. The bonus voucher works as a discount and in case of return you will be refunded the amount you actually paid. If you buy more than one item when using the voucher, the discount will be split between the items.
